We are always monitoring players and how they progress throughout the year . We look at the core values and especially sportsmanship and respect. Jack Wassell was nominated as the October player of the Month purely due to the continuous progression he is making . Jack started the season with a bit rustiness and also an unfortunate injury , but he soon came back once he recovered and showed major improvement with his general rugby awareness , his sportsmanship , the respect he shows to all coache......Cont to article

As the new season started we have made it clear to all the U16’s players that we will be tracking their movements and how the improve during the season which is part of our teaching process to make sure players live up to the core RFU values , club values and for personal growth and as a team. Millbrook RFC would like to invite all players to the Youth Presentation evening and bring along your family. After a unsure start to this Sunday as the heavens were opening up and the pitches looking like swimming pools , we were unsure if the game was on. After meeting up at Millbrook Club I made one last call to Lee at Farnborough and they were very keen to keep the game on despite the rain. So we all set off on our journey up the M3 and arrived at a very muddy situation. The pitch that we were playing on was ok and no water patches , so we didn’t require the swimming trunks. An early start on Sunday for the players as we all met up at Millbrook rugby club around 9:20 in the morning. The lads were all a bit frozen and seemed they would rather have preferred being in bed with a hot cupa Jo.
